- Parent-provided pickup PIN verification: Each student/family has a school-managed PIN. Staff validate the PIN at curb or office before releasing the student; the verification event is recorded in the audit trail.
- (Optional) Inside/Outside pickup modes: Distinguish car-line pickups from in-person pickups so teachers know exactly who to send outside and who should wait inside.
- Pickup Activity dashboard: See arrivals as they’re recorded by front office or car-line staff; signal classrooms when to send students out.
- Teacher & office views: Simple, role-based screens for everyday use—search by name, filter by class, and update status with a tap.
- Attendance & history: Track arrivals/departures and view recent activity to eliminate confusion at dismissal.

How it works (at a glance)
1. Your organization is onboarded and staff accounts are provisioned.
2. Add or import students and assign them to classes.
3. As caregivers arrive, office/car-line staff mark the arrival; Optionally, teachers get a clear signal who goes Outside vs stays Inside.
4. At release, staff confirm the parent-provided PIN and record the handoff—creating a secure, auditable chain.
