ScrollShame helps you become aware of mindless scrolling and interrupt it at the exact moment it happens.
If you’ve ever opened Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok “for a minute” and lost track of time, ScrollShame is built for you.
Instead of blocking apps outright, ScrollShame introduces a pause — using time limits and short interrupt videos that remind you why you wanted to stop scrolling in the first place.
