SmartPresence is an online attendance application with face validation or face pattern recognition. SmartPresence uses android / ios smartphone media that makes it easy to attend at predetermined locations. SmartPresence has 3 applications which have their respective functions and are connected to each other. The application is the SmartPresence Dashboard, SmartPresence DataCapture and SmartPresence Employe.
SmartPresence provides a complete solution for attendance management, from recording, managing, processing schedules and attendance reporting. In tracking the presence of smartpresence, it is equipped with a face recognition feature. Face recognition feature functions for validation when making absences. In addition to validation using face recognition, smartpresence also has GPS restriction that can determine where the employee can attend.
In managing smartpresence work schedules already equipped with work scheduling features, both for full time or for part time. Smartpresence can automate time calculations. This automatic calculation can be arranged according to the needs in each company. There are several reports that have been provided by smartpresence. You can choose which reports are suitable for your company.
With SmartPresence DataCapture will make it easy for a (employee) to do attendance recording (clock-in) through a device that is used alone or in the form of use together with the KiosK concept. SmartPresence datacapture has its own registration procedure with anti-fraud features. This feature will provide anti-fraud when someone wants to fake his face for their friends.
In addition, features that are no less important are time recording process attendance (GPS Restriction) and time-based cloud server recording, generating accurate attendance data and without the use of stationery and paper. And will result in a recapitulation of attendance for payroll to be faster and more efficient. Smartpresence datacapture can run online and offline of course with the similarity of server time with the time available on the smartphone, so there is no time manipulation when absent.
How to use :
1. Register a user account through http://smartpresence.id | login | register, follow the steps on User Account Registration and Company Account Registration.
2. At the device installation step, you need to enter the request code from the DataCapture application and paste it into the device installation management. When the confirmation code is provided by the system from a company account you must Input the verification code on the Smart Phone / Tablet in the DataCapture application.
3. Let the application synchronize. If you don't have a face sample, enter the options menu. Click the top right corner options symbol. Click the Registration button. Face the front camera of the smart phone / tablet. Make sure enough room light.
