2. If time's up, SpeedBump will annoy you
3. Take a 15-minute break before next use
Features:
- Limit screen time for any app on your phone, including social media, Netflix, and games.
- Build healthy habits: no need to completely block apps like social media - connect with friends without doomscrolling for hours.
- Be intentional: the more you want to use, the more you wait before opening. This prevents compulsive behavior without getting in your way.
- Affordable: we don't have to "maximize shareholder value"
- Simple: set an app limit when actually opening it, based on your needs (including ADHD).
