Desde el menú principal podrás acceder a todas las secciones importantes de la app de forma rápida:
• Mi perfilAquí puedes gestionar tu información básica y tener tus datos organizados dentro de la aplicación. Es el punto de partida para personalizar tu experiencia en StrongFlow.
• Mi diario de entrenamientoEsta es la parte central de la app. Dentro del diario encontrarás varias herramientas para organizar tus sesiones:
Diario: registra tus entrenamientos del día. Puedes anotar qué ejercicios has hecho, cuántas series, repeticiones y el peso utilizado según tu forma de entrenar.Registrar rutina: crea rutinas personalizadas.De esta forma puedes tener una estructura fija para repetir tus entrenamientos cuando lo necesites.
Historial rutina: consulta lo que has entrenado en días anteriores. Así puedes ver qué rutina hiciste, qué ejercicios registraste y tener un seguimiento ordenado de tus sesiones pasadas.
Gráficas de progreso: visualiza tu evolución a lo largo del tiempo con gráficos sencillos basados en los datos que vas registrando. Esto te permite identificar cambios y tendencias de forma más clara.
Registros personales: anota tus mejores marcas en los ejercicios que quieras controlar. De este modo puedes ver tus máximos personales y utilizarlos como referencia para tu progreso.
Notas personales: añade comentarios o cualquier observación importante.
Entrenamiento en equipo: sección pensada para gestionar entrenamientos compartidos o trabajar de forma conjunta si entrenas con otras personas, según cómo utilices esta función dentro de tu organización de entrenamiento.
Todas estas opciones están pensadas para que tengas en un solo lugar la información de tu entrenamiento diario y puedas consultarla cuando quieras.
• Calculadora de macronutrientes StrongFlow incluye una calculadora básica de macronutrientes que te ayuda a estimar la distribución de proteínas, carbohidratos y grasas según los datos que introduces.
• CronómetroLa aplicación incorpora un cronómetro integrado para que puedas controlar los tiempos de descanso entre series o medir cualquier intervalo necesario durante tu sesión.
• Modo LunaEl Modo Luna es una función específica para el seguimiento de ciclos. Desde esta sección puedes registrar el inicio de un nuevo ciclo y elegir entre dos tipos de seguimiento:Ciclo hormonal (menstrual)Ciclo lunar (28 días)Introduces la duración estimada de tu ciclo y la app calcula automáticamente la fase en la que te encuentras según los días transcurridos desde el inicio. Si no sabes en qué día estás, dispones de una opción para calcularlo. Además, puedes añadir notas opcionales sobre cómo te sientes o cualquier observación relacionada con tu ciclo.
La información de tu fase actual puede verse reflejada en tu diario de entrenamiento como referencia, para que tengas en cuenta tu momento del ciclo a la hora de organizar o interpretar tus sesiones.
• Soporte técnicoDesde esta sección puedes contactar con soporte si necesitas ayuda, tienes dudas o quieres informar de algún problema relacionado con el uso de la app.
StrongFlow también permite seleccionar el idioma desde el menú principal, adaptándose a la preferencia del usuario. Además, incluye acceso directo a los Términos y Condiciones y a la Política de Privacidad, para que puedas consultar en todo momento cómo se gestionan los datos y el uso de la aplicación.
