Don't forget to grant permissions manually in the app settings.
Go to Android device settings - Apps - Text Editor - Permissions - Grant all of the storage permissions manually if you can't open or save in the app.
P.S.: The file name should begin with an English letter (Latin) at the very beginning, then you can use numbers and your own language's keyboard. For example, if you want to set a file name as "1.txt" will fail. So "a1.txt" will work as a proper file name to create.

- Text Editor app creates, edits, shares, and now converts your text files to .doc/.docx/.pdf files under the documents/OBN folder in your Android device. Phone, tablet, Android TV, and Chromebooks are supported.
Create a new text, edit it as usual, and share changes with other apps such as e-mail, cloud, or other apps. The Text Editor app can also provide done, cancel, and arrange tags for you to arrange your daily tasks and organize them as you wish.
Note: The blank toolbar issue is known.
