Thanks to the URGER application, applicants get the opportunity to:
- find work abroad directly, without intermediaries and commissions;
- find a vacancy in Poland or another country in Europe and America
- chat with the employer directly, through an automatic translator;
- find a job abroad in the desired specialty and with the desired salary;
- get information about the employer's company through URGER;
- solve housing issues even before leaving for work abroad;
- read reviews of foreign employers so that expectations do not diverge from reality.
Additional possibilities - viewing on the map the location of your future work abroad. An informative questionnaire, uploading a portfolio and examples of work will help demonstrate your professional skills in a favorable light.
For employers, the URGER application opens up wide opportunities for recruiting employees with the necessary skills and qualifications.
Employers will be able to:

URGER is a new standard of communication between job seekers and employers in Europe and America. Those looking for work abroad get an easy and reliable way to get a job, and employers get a convenient employee search tool that can perform the following functions:
- here you can publish and edit resumes
- view fresh vacancies, add the ones you like to favorites
- create vacancies with flexible settings
- send feedback directly from the program
-Flexible filters allow you to sort vacancies by many parameters (industry, region, type of employment, salary level, etc.)
A well-optimized search allows you to detail job parameters (industry, education, experience, work schedule, nearest metro station, etc.), immediately weeding out inappropriate ones, and you can block job vacancies from agencies or without specifying salary in the output.
Another convenient function is "Subscription for new vacancies" in your personal account: it is enough to specify a specialty, and the application itself will collect for you all new ads for this specialty in a separate tab. And the "Notifications" option allows you to immediately track all views of your resume and invitations from employers.

In the future, the application will be able to make financial statements for both parties with the construction of graphs and tables. The "share the vacancy" function will also be provided: with one click, the ad will be sent to the mail, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram or other messenger of any person from your contact list. The summaries of friends and acquaintances can be viewed in the "My connections" section.
