Zenit, tu laboratorio de diagnóstico clínico veterinario especializado en animales de granja y compañía, ha desarrollado una nueva aplicación.
Más trazabilidad y agilidad en la gestión de muestras y en la consulta de resultados de diagnósticos clínicos.
¿CLIENTE O VETERINARIO/A?
Nos adaptamos al modelo organizativo de tu empresa. Hemos creado dos roles principales; para que puedas gestionar tus pedidos o para que lo haga tu veterinario/a.
Como cliente siempre tendrás el control de toda tu actividad. Tu autorizarás los pedidos realizados por tu veterinario/a y también le darás acceso a los resultados de los informes.
Como veterinario/a podrás gestionar los pedidos e informes de más de una empresa, teniendo en un sólo perfil todas las explotaciones con las que trabajas.

Hemos diseñado un área de cliente en un entorno seguro, intuitivo y de fácil navegación.
El panel de inicio te ofrece una visión global de todos tus productos, para que puedas acceder a ellos rápidamente con un solo clic.
PEDIDOS DONDE Y CUANDO QUIERAS
Solicita tus análisis desde cualquier lugar y en cualquier momento, de una forma fácil y sencilla, 100% digital.
Ahora los horarios los marcas tú.
TRAZABILIDAD MÁXIMA DESDE EL INICIO
Con cada nuevo pedido, tus muestras estarán asociadas a un código único que asegura su trazabilidad. Desde el momento de envío hasta el resultado final.
COMPRUEBA EL ESTADO DE TUS RESULTADOS
Gracias a esta app podrás hacer un seguimiento de todos tus pedidos, con información actualizada de su estado, en función de si se encuentran en Pendiente, En curso o Entregado.
LA INFORMACIÓN DIRECTAMENTE EN TU DISPOSITIVO
Ahora podrás visualizar también los informes desde la app.
Tendrás la opción de ver los resultados provisionales de cada muestra en tus pedidos conjuntos, a medida que se vayan finalizando.
CONTROL TOTAL DE TODA LA ACTIVIDAD
La app de Zenit está diseñada para ofrecerte de forma muy ágil toda la información actualizada.
El sistema de notificaciones, te enviará 4 tipos de avisos diferenciados según tu rol.
• Aprobación de pedido (cliente): te informaremos de que se ha realizado un pedido y que se necesita tu aprobación para continuar.
• Recepción de muestras en el laboratorio (cliente y veterinario/a): te informaremos que hemos recibido correctamente tus muestras y que pasarán a ser procesadas.
• Informe disponible (cliente): te informaremos de que tu informe está disponible y podrás decidir si lo quieres compartir.
• Informe disponible (veterinario/a): te informaremos de que tienes un informe disponible.
