· Dpar, sadece özel servis, parça dükkânı, parça toptancısı, sigorta şirketi, filo vb. kurumsal müşterilerin kullanımına açık olup bireysel müşterilere kapalıdır.
· Üyelik başvuruları öncelikle Doğuş Otomotiv tarafından değerlendirilir. Onaylanan kullanıcılara Dpar sistemi üzerinden diledikleri yetkili servislere başvuru yapabilme hakkı verilir.
· Kullanıcılar, sistemde parça sorgulaması yapabilmek ve sipariş oluşturabilmek için en az bir yetkili servisten onay alması gerekmektedir.
· Her ticari işletme sadece bir adet kullanıcıyla sisteme başvuru yapabilir. Daha fazla kullanıcıya ihtiyaç duyulması halinde, ana kullanıcıya bağlı olacak şekilde alt kullanıcı oluşturulabilir. Alt kullanıcı sınırı Doğuş Otomotiv tarafından belirlenir. Alt kullanıcıların yapacağı işlemlerin tüm sorumluluğu ana kullanıcıda olacaktır.
Orijinal parça bilgilerini sorgulayın:
· Sisteme üye olan kullanıcılar uygulama üzerinden parça fiyat ve stok sorgulaması yapabilmekte ve onay aldıkları yetkili servislere sipariş iletebilmektedir.
· Kullanıcılar, ilgili yetkili servisin yetkisi olan markalara ait parçalar için arama yapabilmektedir.
· Dpar üzerinden sadece parça numarasıyla arama yapılabilmekte olup sistemde herhangi bir teknik katalog, parça tespit uygulaması veya toplu parça listesi yer almamaktadır.
Hemen siparişinizi oluşturun:
· Sepete eklenen parçalar için sipariş oluşturulup ilgili yetkili servise aktarılabilmektedir.
· Sipariş oluşturma ekranında kullanıcıdan aşağıdaki bilgiler talep edilir:
a. Teslimat: Aksi belirtilmedikçe müşteri, parçalarını yetkili servis deposundan teslim alır. Ancak yetkili servisin imkân sunması ve müşterinin tercih etmesi halinde sipariş, müşterinin belirteceği adrese yetkili servis tarafından sevk edilebilir.
b. Fatura adresi: Müşteri dilerse siparişine ait faturanın farklı adrese düzenlenmesini talep edebilir.
c. Ödeme: Yetkili servisin verdiği imkân dahilinde müşteri dilerse ödemeyi yaparak veya yapmayarak siparişini yetkili servise iletebilir. Ödeme işlemi yetkili servisin sisteme tanımlayacağı sanal POS sistemine bağlanılarak yapılır ve doğrudan müşteri ve yetkili servis arasında gerçekleşir. Doğuş Otomotiv’ in herhangi bir müdahalesi veya sorumluluğu bulunmamaktadır.
d. Sipariş notu: Müşteri ihtiyaç duyması halinde siparişiyle ilgili not girişi yapabilmektedir.
