The system activates family ties and friendships, and family members and friends take on well-defined tasks according to their convenience, such as helping with shopping and cleaning the house, staying near a sick friend or family member in times of treatments, or transporting a child to school.
Help management is intuitive and comfortable. It creates a focus of control for the family, and helps the relatives to be significant for them, as they would like to be, in a time of difficulty.
