Absolute Business Services (A/B/S) merupakan merk dagang dari PT. Karya Sejati Makmur yang sejak 2008 telah melatih dan mempekerjakan ribuan orang di berbagai bidang seperti cleaning service, security, helper, admin, dll. Dimana kami berkomitmen untuk mencetak tenaga kerja yang terampil dan terus menyediakan lapangan kerja secara berkesinambungan.
A/B/S Applicant adalah aplikasi pengganti curriculum vitae (CV) atau resume pelamar. Jadi pelamar yang ingin bergabung bersama kami tidak perlu membuat atau pun mencetak CV. Cukup melakukan pengisian di A/B/S Applicant.
Pengisian di applicant online
Kelengkapan pengisian data membantu kami untuk melakukan proses pemilihan kandidat agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan di area. Pengisian data di kami cukup lengkap meliputi
1. Identitas diri berupa Nama Lengkap, Nomor Tlp, KTP atau Kartu Identitas, dll
2. Susunan keluarga. Ini bertujuan untuk ABS mempedulikan semua pekerja terutama dalam hal keselamatan kerja dan kontak darurat. Apabila terjadi kecelakaan kerja maka akan digunakan untuk menghubungi keluarga.
3. Latar belakang pendidikan serta pengalaman kerja
4. Pertanyaan seputar diri
5. Foto diri secara selfie yang dimana menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk beberapa posisi terkait
6. Serta adanya psikotest secara online
Pastikan pada saat sebelum pengisian formulir siapkan beberapa data yang akan di submit secara online yaitu Kartu Identitas, NPWP (Jika Ada), Kartu Keluarga. Sebelum proses submit pastikan seluruh kolom harus terisi, tidak boleh ada yang kosong. Contoh jika tidak memiliki NPWP maka bisa di isi angka 0.

Sistem Pemilihan Kandidat
1. Kami menggunakan sistem pencarian (Applicant Search) seperti Domisili, Lama Pengalaman, Upah, dan sebagainya untuk memastikan kandidat sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang ada. Oleh karena itu pastikan mengisi data dengan sesuai.
2. Pemilihan kandidat dari data yang muncul sesuai filter
3. Kami akan melakukan pemeriksaan latar belakang kandidat berdasarkan pengisian data applicant.
4. Kandidat terpilih yang sesuai akan diaturkan jadwal interview melalui Email
5. Selanjutnya akan ada proses training yang mengajarkan berbagai skill sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang ada
