You can roll any kind of dices by using a dice expression. Here's an example: 3d6<>1 3d10<2 + 2. It rolls d6 three times and ignores the lowest and the highest roll, rolls d10 three times and ignores two of the lowest rolls and adds 2 to the result.
The app is open source and licensed as GPL3.
