Descrizione
L’obiettivo di AppEvents è quello di gestire l’accesso negli eventi. Prenotare la partecipazione a qualunque tipo di evento, congressi, concerti, sagre nonché in altri spazi, come ad esempio accedere ad attività commerciali, mercati, spiagge, parchi, palestre, stadi. Gli organizzatori d' eventi che sceglieranno di utilizzare AppEvents dovranno semplicemente indicare la posizione, la grandezza, i posti disponibili, e gli orari di apertura nella quale si ha la necessità di controllare ingressi e utilizzo.
L'utente potrà prenotare la presenza sua o della famiglia, semplicemente consultando sull’App il calendario delle aperture previste e cliccando sull’orario e sul luogo a cui si è interessati. La verifica degli accessi è garantita invece dalla semplice scannerizzazione di un QR Code. L’app è integrata con un comodo sistema di stampa rapida su carta per andare incontro anche alla persone che non si trovano a loro agio con l’idea di un app su smartphone e inoltre può essere sfruttata anche per inviare comunicazioni a tutti gli utenti attraverso notifiche.
