Descrizione
Deze app helpt u herinneren wanneer u uw container aan de straat moet zetten en waar de dichtstbijzijnde glasbak en textielcontainer staan. Ook kunt u meldingen maken over afval en voor een beperkt aantal gemeenten ook over de BOR en voor handhaving. In de Afvalwijzer vind U wat in welke container hoort.
Wat kunt u met de Avri app:
Afvalkalender
Geef uw postcode en huisnummer eenmalig op en u kunt direct zien wanneer welke container bij u wordt opgehaald.
Containerlocaties
Vind de dichtstbijzijnde containers voor restafval, glas, textiel, papier en plastic, pak en blik.
Melding maken
U kunt een melding maken als een container niet geleegd is of stuk is. Inwoners van Buren en Neder-Betuwe kunnen daarbij ook BOR meldingen maken. Valt u iets op wat niet hoort, maak dan een melding bij Handhaving en toezicht.
Afvalwijzer
In de afvalwijzer kunt u zien waar u uw afval kwijt kan. Moet dit in de container of naar de milieustraat?
Berichten
Belangrijke berichten die te maken hebben met de inzameling van afval leest u hier terug. Heeft u toestemming gegeven voor pushberichten? Dan krijgt u het nieuwsbericht direct op het scherm van uw mobiel of tablet te zien.
Pasaanvraag
Hier kunt u gemakkelijk zelf een afvalpas aanvragen wanneer deze kapot of kwijt is. U kunt ook een extra pas aanvragen.
Containerwissel
Hier kunt u een afvalcontainer aanvragen of één van uw containers laten wisselen voor bijvoorbeeld een kleiner formaat. Met een paar drukken op de knop kunt u dit allemaal zelf regelen.
Instellingen
Een herinnering ontvangen op een zelfgekozen tijdstip? Dat regelt u bij Instellingen. Hier kunt u ook instellen of u pushberichten wilt ontvangen in bijzondere gevallen (bijvoorbeeld bij gladheid of onverwachte omstandigheden)

Praktische informatie over bereikbaarheid van het klantcontactcentrum en de openingstijden van de milieustraten vindt u hier.
