I sistemi di timbratura tradizionali sono spesso inappropriati per attività di lavoro fuori sede causando inefficienze ed aumento dei costi di gestione del personale.
Inoltre la soluzione proposta integra moduli personalizzati per prevenire i "furbetti del cartellino" grazie alla possibilità di conoscere orario e posizione del personale all'atto della timbratura e di integrare queste informazioni con strumenti di lavoro ad-hoc necessari al cliente.

Badge2Work è una soluzione integrata composta da tre applicativi:
- Portale Amminsitrativo: per la gestione del personale, la pianificazione delle loro attività quotidiane sul campo, la gestione della reportistica (timesheet e moduli di qualità), scarico ore su commesse di lavoro, e tanto altro;
- Portale Dipendente sul Web: per la gestione della mancata timbratura, aggiornamento del proprio profilo, gestione assenze (permessi, ferie, formazione, ecc...), aggiornamenti del proprio curriculum aziendale, e tanto altro;
- App Utente: pensata per essere lo strumento di raccolta dati dal dipendente finale. Facile e veloce per avere sempre il quadro della situazione sotto controllo.
