Fruitmobile 'Bluetooth Explorer' supports OBEX FTP that lets you browse another device via bluetooth. You can create/delete files/folders on the remote device plus transfer any files or apps via bluetooth. That's not all. It comes with a built-in local file manager.
This is an Ad supported version.
No Root required. Location permission is for finding devices in Android Marshmallow.

Permissions other than bluetooth & location are used for Ad display. Paid version needs only bluetooth permissions & location. Location permission is needed from Android 6.0 onwards to find other bluetooth devices.
