Descrizione
Om de BW Order app te gebruiken, moet deze worden gekoppeld aan een Boxwise omgeving. Zodra deze koppeling succesvol is voltooid, kunnen gegevens worden uitgewisseld. Vanuit Boxwise worden klanten, artikelen, track & trace statussen en SSCC's gesynchroniseerd naar de app, waardoor deze gegevens direct beschikbaar zijn voor het order- en afleverproces.
Bij het registreren van orders is het mogelijk om Kanbancodes te scannen. Door deze barcodes te scannen, worden direct de klant of afdeling, het artikel en het aantal geregistreerd. Het is ook mogelijk om afzonderlijke barcodes voor de klant en het artikel te scannen, waarbij vervolgens het gewenste aantal moet worden opgegeven.
Voor het registreren van het afleverproces is het van belang dat elk pakket een unieke SSCC-code heeft. Deze code wordt gescand, waarna een nieuwe status kan worden toegewezen. Deze statussen kunnen naar eigen inzicht worden ingesteld en kunnen bijvoorbeeld vereisen dat een handtekening wordt geplaatst.
Voor het registreren van orders en statuswijzigingen is geen wifi-bereik vereist. Pas wanneer de orders en statuswijzigingen worden gesynchroniseerd met Boxwise is een wifi-verbinding nodig. Na de synchronisatie zorgt Boxwise voor een nauwkeurige vastlegging van de orders en statuswijzigingen.
