Описание
Con la finalidad de conocer el origen de la materia prima y seguir los elementos involucrados en el proceso de producción de la fibra de coco hasta su entrega al cliente, se genera una recopilación de datos los cuales nos permiten conocer a través de un número de lote de producción incrustado en un código QR (Quick Response code) la siguiente información:
Datos del lote de Producción. Datos generales del lote donde podemos conocer la fecha en que fue producido y el producto (presentación) que se elaboró; así como la hora de inicio y termino del turno y su responsable.
Datos de la orden de compra. Información relacionada con la compra y el cliente que solicito la orden de producción, se incluyen datos de la orden de compra, orden de producción y factura.
Materia Prima. Nos permite conocer el origen de la materia prima, que proveedor y la unidad de transporte que entregó; también la ubicación dentro de los espacios de almacenamiento para maduración.
Producción. En cuanto al proceso de producción podemos saber que insumos se utilizaron, y los empleados que participaron.
Embarque. Información relacionada con el embarque y transporte del producto hasta su destino; proporcionado por el cliente.
Control de calidad. Datos e indicadores revisados por el departamento de calidad.
