After registration, citizens can receive alerts about the start of collection routes, facilitating waste disposal at the right time. Additionally, both users and drivers can register points with accumulated waste, categorized by waste type (like pruning or construction debris), assisting the responsible teams in organizing proper collection. COMPLIANCE NOTICES AND DISCLAIMER 1. Government Affiliation Coletapp is a waste management software tool developed by Pegasus Soluções. WE ARE NOT A GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY, nor do we represent city halls or any public bodies. We are a technology provider whose software is contracted by municipal administrations for operational management and citizen communication purposes. 2. Information Sources Route, alert, and collection information are generated and managed by the Coletapp system using operational data supplied by the contracting municipal administration. The primary and official source of this information is the contracting municipal administration of each locality, which is responsible for the public sanitation service.
