Beskrivelse
I dati raccolti con il sistema informatico permettono di valutare statisticamente il comportamento dell’utenza nelle diverse aree, di ottimizzare la distribuzione e lo svuotamento dei contenitori, di migliorare la gestione dei centri di raccolta e di potenziare quindi l’intero servizio per l'utenza.
Modalità di registrazione all’App per gli utenti: sarà sufficiente inserire “username” e password” ricevute dal gestore, disporre di un indirizzo e-mail valido e/o un numero di cellulare e accettare il regolamento per il trattamento dei dati personali. Il sistema, per attivare il servizio di identificazione presso i contenitori e la visualizzazione dei conferimenti, procederà con una verifica dell’e-mail e/o cellulare dell’utente.
Funzioni disponibili nell’App:
- Apertura contenitori: l’utente può conferire i rifiuti identificandosi con la app mobile SIGMA.
- Visualizzazione conferimento rifiuti:
l’utente può controllare il conferimento dei propri rifiuti. L’elenco dati è filtrabile per tipologia di materiale e per periodo (ultimi 30 giorni, ultimi 60 giorni, dall’inizio anno…)
I dati possono essere consultati in elenco visualizzando data e luogo del conferimento oppure rappresentati su grafici.
La app propone all’utenza anche alcune informazioni relative alle indicazioni per il corretto conferimento dei rifiuti.
