De DeliveryDONE App helpt ons duidelijk en helder communiceren met de klant over onze leveringen. En maakt het mogelijk snel actie te ondernemen als er een keertje iets niet goed gegaan is. Zo helpen wij onze klanten succesvol te zijn.
Hoe werkt de DeliveryDONE App?
Voor elk levering wordt een unieke barcode aangemaakt. Deze barcode staat geprint op de productiesticker die op de beglazingen wordt geplakt. Met de DeliveryDONE App scan je deze barcode zodra je het glas aflevert op de afgesproken locatie. Maak altijd foto’s van de plaats van bezorging met voor de klant herkenbare omgevingselementen. Deze foto’s kan je eenvoudig via de app uploaden en linken aan de bezorgingsmelding. Het maken van foto’s is ook belangrijk als er iets niet goed gegaan is en dit geconstateerd wordt tijdens het afleveren, zoals breuk tijdens transport, ontbrekende of verkeerde eenheden.
De klant tekent voor ontvangst met een e-handtekening op je mobiele telefoon.
Met de DeliveryDONE App is de leveringsstatus up-to-date!
