Sono disponibili le seguenti sezioni:
Sezione “Visualizza codice operatore”
Un operatore DEVAL che lavora sulla tua fornitura è in possesso di un codice univoco relativo all’attività in corso: l’APP ti consente di visualizzare quel codice, in modo che tu possa chiederlo all’operatore come riconoscimento ed avere la certezza che non sia un malintenzionato.
Sezione “Segnala un guasto”
Seguendo semplici istruzioni, puoi capire se il problema è riconducibile al tuo impianto elettrico oppure alla rete DEVAL: in quest’ultimo caso l’APP ti permette l’avvio automatico della telefonata al Sistema di Segnalazione Guasti.
Sezione “Storico interventi”
Visualizza lo storico delle tue telefonate al Sistema di Segnalazione Guasti DEVAL.
