Các tình nguyên viên muốn tham gia hỗ trợ giải chạy sẽ điền thông tin đăng ký vào ứng dụng và gửi về ban tổ chức giải chạy.
Ban tổ chức giải chạy sẽ phê duyệt hồ sơ ứng viên.
Sau khi hồ sơ được phê duyệt, tình nguyện viên sẽ được kích hoạt app trên thiết bị di động và có thể xem được các thông tin về nhiệm vụ của mình bao gồm:
- Thời gian thực hiện nhiệm vụ
- Vị trí đứng trên đường chạy
- Công việc cần phải thực hiện.
Đối với các tình nguyện viên thuộc các vị trí quản lý, họ có thể xem được danh sách các thành viên trong nhóm, vị trí hiện tại của các thành viên trong nhòm và các thông tin điện thoại của từng thành viên để liên lạc và điều động hân sự trong khu vực mình được phân công.
KHi bắt đầu đến thời gian làm việc, các tình nguyện viên bấm nút điểm danh để thực hiện gửi GPS về máy chủ. Thông tin GPS sẽ dùng để xác thực thời gian và địa điểm làm việc của tình nguyên viên để ban tổ chức giải đánh giá khối lượng công việc và trả thù lao cho tình nguyện viên.
Ứng dụng chỉ gửi GPS về máy chủ khi trong khoảng thời gian làm việc. Ngoài khoảng thời gian này ứng dụng sẽ dừng không gửi thông tin về máy chủ để bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân của người dùng.
Sau khi kết thúc giải, tình nguyện viên có thể bấm nút đăng xuất và xoá tất cả dữ liệu liên quan đến mình.
Hệ thống cũng cung cấp đường link để xoá dữ liệu và sẽ tự động xoá dữ liệu sau khi kết thúc giải chạy.
