It will disable it as per the available choices: for 2 hours long, or for 4 hours long or for 6 hours long. It's your choice.
If you close the app, then it will not disable your bluetooth device at all. This is just a quick utility tool to enhance performance of your battery, while other apps may drain and use the bluetooth of your device wrongly! Thanks for using my small tool app and I hope you will like it.
