Bei Rückfragen zu einem Einsatz können Sie jederzeit einen Rückruf der Einsatzzentrale anfordern oder direkt Kontakt mit dem Kunden aufnehmen.
Wichtig: Bitte stellen Sie vor der Anwendung sicher, dass Sie Ihre Telefonnummer zuvor beim ÖAMTC bzw. der ASSIST registrieren und freischalten lassen. Damit wird sichergestellt, dass Einsätze ausschließlich an Personen vergeben werden, die auch in der Lage sind die entsprechenden Serviceleistungen anzubieten.
