Descrizione
Über diese Applikation lassen sich der Paketbestand und die Bearbeitung einzelner Pakete in Ihrem Pickup Paketshop einfach und zuverlässig durchführen. Wenn Sie also bereits Pickup Paketshop Partner von DPD sind, dann gleich herunterladen, anmelden und los geht’s!
Die App bietet Ihnen folgende Funktionen:
Paketabholung durch Empfänger:
Pakete, die DPD im Pickup Paketshop hinterlegt, werden vom Empfänger bei Ihnen abgeholt und über die Applikation abgearbeitet: in und aus dem Bestand genommen, Ausweiseintrag ausgeführt und Unterschrift des Empfängers eingeholt.
Paketversand:
Kunden bringen Pakete in Ihren Pickup Paketshop zum Versand. Paketschein und Quittung können bei Bedarf über die App erzeugt werden. Diverse Versandmöglichkeiten können entsprechend abgebildet werden (Barverkauf, Web Paket, Retoure). Pakete werden automatisch in Ihren Bestand aufgenommen.
Paketabholung zum Versand durch DPD:
Der Abholprozess der Pakete wird ebenso über die App gesteuert, indem der Code gescannt wird, wenn DPD die abgegebenen Pakete im Pickup Paketshop zum Versand abholt. Pakete werden wieder von selbst aus Ihrem Bestand entfernt. Die Gegenzeichnung per Unterschrift des DPD Fahrers erfolgt ebenfalls am Smartphone.
Berichte:
Um immer am Laufenden zu sein, können Sie diverse Berichte erstellen, wie z.B. Bestandlisten, Druckaufträge, Inventurcheckliste, Umsatzberichte sowie Leistungsberichte.
