Un e-constat pour qui ?
Vous pouvez utiliser le e-constat si vous avez un accident en voiture, en deux-roues motorisé, en vélo, en trottinette électrique ou tout autre type d’engin de déplacement personnel motorisé (gyroroue, gyropode, etc).
Dans quels cas pouvez-vous utiliser le e-constat ?
Seul un accident avec des conséquences uniquement matérielles peut être déclaré via le e-constat.
Le e-constat concerne les accidents impliquant un ou deux véhicules. Lorsqu’il s’agit d’une voiture et d’un deux-roues motorisé, ces derniers doivent être immatriculés en France.
Quels sont les avantages du e-constat ?
Rapidité
Le e-constat peut être complété sur un ou deux smartphones puis est transmis immédiatement aux assureurs concernés après signature.
Vous recevrez, par SMS, le récapitulatif des éléments renseignés et un lien pour télécharger le e-constat. Celui-ci est également envoyé sous format PDF sur votre adresse électronique.
