Main Features of ECR Monitoring:
- Detailed insights into the operation of self-service payment terminals and dispensing technology.
- Notification of the “Low Paper” status several days before the printer runs out of paper.
- Real-time overview of the status of payment terminals for bank and fleet cards.
- Current status of fuel dispensers and charging stations.
- Alerts for power outages of dispensing technology or payment terminals.
- Notifications about telecommunication outages at the petrol station.
- Records of the most recent sales transaction times.
- And a wide range of additional detailed information for each device.
How to connect your petrol station or entire network of stations to the installed app?
1. Install the app on your mobile phone.
2. When you first start it, set your security level using PIN or biometrics.
3. Select your preferred language for the user interface.
4. Scan the QR code with the activation token that was sent to you.
5. If you manage multiple petrol stations, select the ones in your network that you wish to monitor within the app.
The ECRM app is connected to all model series and types of self-service payment terminals from UNICODE SYSTEMS. Depending on your preferences and the type of petrol station, you can choose a standalone payment terminal or an OPT version integrated directly into the fuel dispenser.
