คำอธิบาย
Empatel es una aplicación diseñada para técnicos autorizados que realizan instalaciones y mantenimiento de equipos de comunicaciones en la provincia de La Pampa.
La app permite gestionar órdenes de trabajo asignadas, registrar instalaciones en sitio y reportar información clave directamente desde el móvil.
Funciones principales
• Listado de órdenes de trabajo asignadas
Accede a todas las órdenes pendientes, en curso y completadas.
• Detalle completo de cada orden
Consulta la información técnica necesaria para realizar la instalación o intervención.
• Escaneo de numero de serie mediante cámara
Utiliza la cámara del teléfono para escanear el número de serie del equipo a instalar, evitando errores de carga manual.
• Registro de ubicación GPS
Captura la ubicación exacta del punto de instalación para cargar automáticamente los datos
• Carga de datos y confirmación de instalación
Introduce información relevante, completa los pasos requeridos y marca la orden como finalizada.
• Trabajo sin papel
Digitaliza el flujo de trabajo y agiliza los procesos operativos.
Quién utiliza esta app
Esta aplicación está destinada exclusivamente a técnicos y personal de campo de Empatel y sus distribuidores autorizados.
Requiere credenciales corporativas para iniciar sesión.
No es una app para uso general del público.
