Popis
- Vincular tu teléfono con la oficina virtual de Epec para gestionar tus contratos.
- Visualizar el estado de cuenta del contrato.
- Pagar tu factura mediante tarjeta de Débito, Crédito o Botón de Pagos Link.
- Adherir a la factura digital.
- Gestionar reclamos por falta de suministro de energía.
- Visualizar los consumos de energía.
- Hacer un seguimiento de los trámites iniciados a través del sitio web.
- Recibir notificaciones cuando tu factura esté disponible, se esté por vencer o cuando un trámite que iniciaste cambia de estado.
- Consultar los trabajos por mejoras.
- Conocer ubicación y teléfonos de oficinas comerciales y guardias.
- Conocer las novedades relacionadas al servicio y la empresa.
Al descargar la aplicación, se autoriza a Epec para acceder a ciertas funciones del teléfono móvil del usuario. A continuación, se detalla el uso que realizara la aplicación para cada uno de los permisos otorgados:
- Ubicación: En la sección Oficinas y Guardias, la aplicación utiliza la ubicación del teléfono por Gps o Red para determinar las oficinas y guardias más cercanas.
- Fotos/archivos multimedia/archivos: Para visualizar el pdf de la factura y poder compartirla.
- Notificaciones: Otorgando este permiso, podrás recibir notificaciones cuando una factura esté disponible, cuando este por vencer o para conocer el cambio de estado de un trámite.
