1. Zawsze aktualne dane pojazdów
- opis techniczny pojazdów (nr rejestracyjny, marka i model, parametry techniczne, rocznik, nr VIN itp.)
- aktualne dane pojazdu (przydział do jednostki org. w firmie, przydział kierowcy, stan licznika, terminy przeglądów itp.)
- aktualne dane o polisie (numer polisy, ubezpieczyciel, data ważności itp.)
- aktualne dane o karcie paliwowej (numer karty, data ważności, PIN itp.)
- aktualne dane o kierowcy z funkcją dzwonienia, wysyłania SMS lub email
- integracja z systemem GPS w pojeździe i pobieranie danych do aplikacji
2. Usprawnienie procesu wydania i zwrotu pojazdu
- wydanie pojazdu kierowcy wyłącznie za pomocą smartfonu / tabletu
- określenie daty i godziny wydania oraz stanu licznika i paliwa
- wybór kierowcy z kartoteki pracowników centralnego systemu do zarządzania flotą
- dodawanie uwag i notatek przy wydaniu i zwrocie
