The application centralizes the management of the technology inventory, allowing users to register and classify equipment, laptops, monitors, mobile devices, tablets, mobile lines, accessories, and other IT resources. It also allows users to organize information by employee, department, position, location, and responsible technician.
**Asset Management and Assignments**
FixIT allows users to assign equipment and resources to employees, maintaining a record of who has each asset under their responsibility. During assignment, an electronic agreement is generated that includes the equipment usage and assignment policy, as well as the user's signature, which is recorded directly within the application.
**Resource Requests and Returns**
The application allows users to define the resources required for each position and generate requests for new personnel. These requests notify the IT department about the equipment, resources, and access that need to be prepared for the employee.
It also allows for managing the return of assets during absences, facilitating the tracking of resources that need to be recovered and automatically making returned equipment available for future assignments.
**Preventive and Corrective Maintenance**
FixIT includes tools for planning equipment maintenance. Preventive maintenance schedules can be created, specifying the execution date, frequency, validity period, included equipment, and required activities.
When the scheduled date arrives, the application automatically generates the corresponding maintenance orders.
Work orders can be preventive or corrective. For preventive maintenance, the activities previously defined in the schedule can be automatically loaded; for corrective maintenance, the equipment is selected, and the necessary activities are recorded.
**Resource Organization**
The application allows for managing catalogs of activities, departments, positions, employees, equipment, mobile lines, resources, technicians, and locations.
It also allows you to assign resources to each position, facilitating the standardization of equipment and access that each employee needs according to their role within the organization.
**Indicators and Monitoring**
FixIT features a Business Intelligence dashboard to view information related to equipment and mobile line inventory, as well as track scheduled and completed maintenance.
With FixIT, the IT department can centralize asset information, improve the traceability of assignments and returns, organize maintenance, and access information for monitoring and controlling its technology resources.
