How to report a problem:
• Select a service.
• Enter the location of the problem by using the GPS function or start typing the address to search for it.
• Provide a brief description of the problem.
• Take a photo of the problem and upload it.
• Enter your contact details.
• Submit the form. The app emails the details to Wellington City Council.
