FlowSurvey functions offline, enabling users to download surveys to their devices and conduct interviews without the need for an internet connection. This is especially useful for conducting multiple surveys in remote areas, with data being synced to the server once connectivity is restored.
One standout feature is its advanced quota management system, which helps maintain sample representativeness. Once a particular quota is filled, the app automatically closes it, ensuring precise sample control.
The app also provides extensive customization options, including the ability to embed images and videos, scan QR codes, input dates and times, sort responses, and apply conditional logic to questions (for instance, skipping questions based on prior answers).
FlowSurvey also includes a feature for pausing and resuming interviews, allowing users to save progress and pick up exactly where they left off, with all data securely stored.
For training and testing purposes, the app includes a "Test" mode, where conducted surveys aren’t saved or transmitted to the server, and quotas remain unaffected.
In case of any technical difficulties, FlowSurvey offers a built-in log-sending feature to assist developers in diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
