Aufgrund unserer intuitiven Benutzeroberfläche können Mitarbeiter:innen innerhalb weniger Minuten in FLOWTIFY eingewiesen werden. Es sind keine teuren und aufwendigen Schulungen nötig.
Ungelernte Mitarbeiter:innen können, anhand von Fotos, Videos, und PDFs ihnen noch fremde Tätigkeiten selbständig ausführen. Bei Abweichungen von Vorgaben können automatische Benachrichtigungen an Dritte versendet werden. Der Informationsfluss verkürzt sich so von oft mehreren Tagen oder Wochen auf wenige Sekunden!
Sie entscheiden, ob Sie als Arbeitsnachweis Einzel- und/oder Sammelunterschriften benötigen. Oder soll es noch besser ein Foto als Nachweis einer erfolgreich erledigten Aufgabe sein?

Seit Mai 2016 wird FLOWTIFY bundesweit im Bereich der Dokumentation von HACCP durch die „Länderarbeitsgemeinschaft Verbraucherschutz“ der Verbraucherschutzministerien anerkannt.
Bei FLOWTIFY handelt es sich um eine mobile Applikation in Verbindung mit einem Web Dashboard mit monatlichen Kosten. Die Lizenzgebühr ist abhängig von der Anzahl der Betriebsstätten und der verwendeten Tablets/Smartphones. Bitte sprechen Sie uns für Ihr individuelles Kostenangebot an!
Zur Nutzung von FLOWTIFY ist eine Registrierung erforderlich. Mit der Registrierung erhalten Sie automatisch einen 30-tägigen Testzeitraum. Im Anschluss werden wir nachfragen, ob Sie weiterhin FLOWTIFY nutzen wollen. Sie müssen den Testzeitraum nicht explizit kündigen. Er erlischt automatisch, wenn Sie sich nicht für FLOWTIFY entscheiden sollten.
Für Unternehmen mit Betriebsräten, Datenschutzbeauftragten und IT-Abteilungen bieten wir individuell begleitete Pilotphasen an. Ferner verfügen wir über geeignetes Informationsmaterial für die unterschiedlichen Gremien, damit einer Einführung von FLOWTIFY in Ihrem Unternehmen nichts im Wege steht.
