Geismar Amber
The Geismar Amber is a compact, battery-powered track geometry measurement device designed for continuous monitoring of critical track parameters. It integrates seamlessly with the Android app for efficient data collection, real-time analysis, and secure storage.

✅ Non-conductive design, with insulated rollers and glass-reinforced plastic tubes, ensuring no electrical interference with the rail

✅ User-friendly operation with immediate, accurate measurements

✅ Wireless Bluetooth connectivity to Android devices

✅ Audible alerts notify users when measurements exceed pre-set tolerance thresholds

Software Features:

✅ Real-time data capture with instant display and analysis

✅ Built-in editor allows users to create pre-configured profiles, selecting parameters, configuring settings, and applying tolerance levels

✅ Up to three tolerance thresholds can be set for each parameter

✅ Photos and videos can be captured and embedded in reports as hyperlinks, linked to the exact location they were taken

✅ Customizable comments and event markers

✅ Generates three HTML colour reports: a complete data set, exceedance summary, and defect start/end analysis — viewable in Chrome, Edge, Excel, Word, or other compatible apps

✅ Password-protected user levels restrict access to specific features and settings

✅ Supports multiple unit configurations, allowing measurements in mm or inches, and distances in km/metres or miles/yards/feet

✅ In-app language support for 15+ languages, even if not supported by the native Android device

✅ Integration with cloud-based file services, including Dropbox, OneDrive, and Google Drive

✅ App settings can be backed up and restored across devices

✅ Integrated over-the-air firmware updates ensure the Amber stays current and up to date

✅ Cloud-based diagnostic features help minimize equipment downtime and improve performance, stability, and user experience

✅ Built-in release notes offer a quick overview of new features

Our app has undergone extensive testing on CAT S31, CAT 42, Doogee S118, and Google Pixel smartphones. Although it may function on other Android devices, we cannot guarantee consistent performance or full compatibility.
