Esta aplicação permite agilizar a execução de tarefas e recolha de informação, mantendo uma comunicação direta e em tempo real entre o condutor/colaborador e o centro de operações/gestor de frota.
Com esta aplicação o colaborador pode recolher e inserir os seguintes dados:
• Receção através da App de serviços e informação da execução dos mesmos (chegada / partida aos destinos) com indicação de data, hora e quilómetros da viatura, entre outras informações úteis;
• Preenchimento de custos de portagens ;
• Preenchimento de custos de abastecimento de combustível.
Estes dados são inseridos automaticamente no modulo de Gestão Administrativa da plataforma.
O Geocar Connected Services permite também o acesso em tempo real desta informação ao Gestor de Frota e o envio de novos destinos e serviços para o colaborador/condutor, com a possibilidade de escolher o navegador preferido instalado no próprio dispositivo móvel.
Esta aplicação funciona em modo on-line e off-line, onde é possível armazenar os dados e posteriormente o envio destes.
