Störungsszenario:
Das GEMOS Gebäudemanagementsystem registriert den Ausfall einer Überwachungskamera. Auf Basis von GMSC wird diese Störung sofort automatisiert an das hinterlegte Serviceteam weitergeleitet.
Die Mitarbeiter des entsprechenden Serviceteams rufen die eingehende Störung mobil ab und erhalten unmittelbar einen Überblick über die Störungsdetails (Inventar, Standort, Priorität etc.).
Die Störung kann nun priorisiert abgearbeitet, dokumentiert und abgeschlossen werden.
Der Bearbeitungsstatus ist dabei jederzeit über alle eingebundenen Geräte nachvollziehbar.
Wartungsszenario:
Eine Überwachungskamera im Außenbereich ist turnusmäßig von Verschmutzungen zu reinigen. Auf Basis von GMSC werden die Termine und Bearbeitungsschritte der entsprechenden Reinigung definiert.
Die Mitarbeiter des hinterlegten Serviceteams werden automatisiert über die anstehende und fällige Reinigung informiert.
Die Reinigung kann nun abgearbeitet, dokumentiert und abgeschlossen werden.
Der Bearbeitungsstatus ist dabei jederzeit über alle eingebundenen Geräte nachvollziehbar.
