GRUPISEG
La aplicación de Grupiseg es una herramienta profesional diseñada para optimizar la gestión y el control operativo del personal de seguridad en campo. Permite a la empresa supervisar en tiempo real a sus guardias, estandarizar los reportes y mejorar significativamente los tiempos de respuesta ante incidentes.

La app cuenta con un rol de guardia, desde el cual el usuario puede:

Iniciar y finalizar su turno en la ubicación de trabajo asignada.
Realizar reportes horarios estandarizados, manteniendo un registro continuo de la situación en el sitio.
Reportar incidentes, robos, actividades sospechosas y otras novedades, adjuntando descripciones y fotografías como evidencia.
Por otro lado, los supervisores y asesores tienen acceso a un panel operativo que les permite:

Verificar si cada ubicación está siendo actualmente cubierta por un guardia.
Visualizar en tiempo real la ubicación geográfica del guardia durante el turno.
Consultar el historial completo de reportes, con detalle de fecha, hora, descripción y fotos.
Recibir y gestionar un sistema de notificaciones en tiempo real sobre todos los eventos reportados por los guardias activos en una misma ubicación.
Gracias a estas funcionalidades, la aplicación de Grupiseg integra en un solo lugar la información crítica de la operación diaria, mejorando la comunicación entre guardias, supervisores y asesores. El resultado es un mayor control operativo, mejor trazabilidad de la información y una respuesta más rápida y efectiva ante cualquier situación de riesgo, alineada con el compromiso de la empresa: brindar un servicio de seguridad confiable y de alta calidad.
