Beschreibung
En la parte de GPS es posible el rastreo satelital de equipos móviles, generando información sobre trayectos, horarios, tiempo detenido en lugares estratégicos, restringidos y claves, así como la medición de distancias recorridas y velocidades alcanzadas durante la jornada.
Con respecto al apartado destinado a la administración de flotilla vehicular permite al usuario auditar los dispositivos móviles y realizar los registros de cada una de sus cargas de combustible a detalle, incluyendo fecha, cantidad de litros, precio por litro, tipo de combustible y con evidencia fotográfica de tickets y odómetro del vehículo que tenga asignado lo cual permitirá tener informes sobre el consumo total y el comportamiento del mismo. Además de tener opción de registro de incidentes a manera de bitácora que puede seleccionar de un catálogo de tipo que puede ser una multa, falla mecánica, choque, arrastre en grúa, ponchadura, entre otros, de igual manera con la posibilidad de agregar evidencia fotográfica. El usuario podrá registrar cada uno de los mantenimientos realizados al vehículo a su cargo, describiendo si son preventivos o correctivos, fecha y costo y evidencia del documento que lo respalde (facturación).
En Notificaciones. El usuario recibirá avisos respecto tanto al uso del equipo móvil y vehículo asignados, como señalamientos de infracciones por exceso de velocidad detectados, paradas en puntos restringidos, recordatorios de acciones necesarias y que previamente se programan en la plataforma web, las cuales pueden ser el vencimiento de su licencia de conducir o la proximidad de un mantenimiento, contratos y vencimientos de activos.
Toda la información que genera Ht Control Movil se concentra en una plataforma web que genera reportes y datos estadísticos que son útiles para el control de nuestros recursos.
