AutoKYC is an EU-compliant remote real-time know-your-client identity verification and risk-assessment tool.
Increase your customer onboarding success rate by relying on integrated machine-learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) tools:
• Blurriness and darkness detection to suggest that clients retake their photos, avoiding lousy quality images
• Facial recognition to compare the customer’s facial biometrics to the photo on the identification document
• Liveliness detection to to prevent spoofing during the KYC process.
• Optical character recognition (OCR) to read the information presented in a document, including the machine-readable zone (MRZ), to reduce manual input and validate the document.
Customers can continue their verification session on a different device to utilize better camera quality and/or more comfortable input. For example, your client can start the verification procedure by filling the questionnaire on their computer and finish it on their mobile phone, taking a photo of their document and a selfie.
