Ein besonderes Highlight der DATEXT Software ist die zum Ilab office Infocenter verfügbare ilab APP für iPhone, iPad, Android und Windows Phone 8. Alle Infocenter Informationen plus Auftragsverfolgung können mobil abgerufen werden. Für den Zahntechniker im Außendienst eine wichtige Informationsquelle. Für Anwender von ilab office SQL und dem ilab webservice steht sie kostenfrei zur Verfügung.
Funktionsumfang
Nach der Anmeldung gelangen Sie in das Auswahlmenü. In der Kundeninfo finden Sie nahezu alle Informationen, die Sie im ilab office Infocenter, u.a. Kontaktdaten usw., erfasst haben. Die zentrale Stelle sind die Kundenaufträge auf die Sie mobil im Zugriff haben. Mit nur einer Displayberührung kann ich alle Kundenaufträge einsehen, ändern oder ergänzen. Sie haben die Aufträge Ihrer Kunden direkt im Zugriff. Sie sehen den Status, bzw. den Standort der Arbeit, den geplanten Fertigstellungstermin und alle erfassten Notizen und Bilder. Das zahlt sich aus, wenn Sie im Außendienst sind und ein Zahnarzt Fragen zu einer konkreten Arbeit hat. Darüber hinaus stehen Ihnen neben dem Infocenter und der Auftragsverfolgung für Vor-Ortgespräche auch die wichtigsten statistischen Auswertungen zur Verfügung.
