Infradocks
Alle verfügen in einer Form über eine Infrastruktur, wie z.B. Heizungen, Lüftungen, Zutrittskontrollen, Geräte, Dinge wie Bürotechnik, Fahrzeuge, Möbel, Bilder und und und... All dies gilt es effizient zu managen.
Dinge befinden sich an einem Ort und verschiedene Personen schauen zu ihnen.
Mit Infradocks haben Sie ein Tool in der Hand, mit dem Sie Dinge, Orte und Personen auf neue, einfache Art und Weise mobil oder in einem Webbrowser managen können.
Wo auch immer Sie sind, Sie haben die Fäden in der Hand und stets alle wichtigen Informationen griffbereit.
Infradocks ist eine branchenunabhängige Lösung; vor allem geeignet für kleine- und mittelgrosse Organisationen und Firmen.
Die Bedienung ist intuitiv und einfach: Sie können suchen, erfassen, Meldung erstellen und die Anlagen, Orte und Personen einander zuordnen. So macht es sogar Spass die Daten zu pflegen.
Mit der Ablage von Dokumenten zu den Dingen (Bsp. Bedienungsanleitungen, Servicemanuals etc.) oder Plänen zu den Orten, sparen Sie Suchzeit, welche Sie für Ihre Kunden einsetzen können.
Ob mit der Mobile-App oder dem PC Zugang, Sie können von überall her auf die aktuellen Daten in der Cloud zugreifen. Gespeichert in der Schweiz.

Damit Sie Fotos und Dokumente den Dingen, Orten oder Personen zuordnen können, benötigt die App Zugriff auf diese Daten, auf die Kamera oder auf die (Foto)-Gallerie auf dem Mobile Phone. Es dient nur dazu, dass Sie Infradocks voll nutzen können. Wir machen sonst nichts anderes damit.
