Insoore riceve una richiesta di rilevazione da parte della compagnia assicurativa o dell'azienda di fleet management.
*Appuntamento*
Un operatore Insoore fissa un appuntamento con l'assicurato, cercando di andare quanto più possibile incontro alle sue esigenze rispetto al luogo e alla data dell'incontro.
*Ispezione*
L'Insoorer effettua l'ispezione utilizzando un'app dedicata: si avranno così foto e video certificati. La documentazione raccolta dovrà rispettare precisi criteri.
*Controllo qualità*
Tutta la documentazione raccolta è quindi inviata in real time al team centrale, che controlla la qualità e la completezza dei dati.
COSA BISOGNA SAPERE PRIMA DI INIZIARE
L’app di Insoore permette di realizzare rilevazioni video-fotografiche certificate.
Ogni intervento realizzato da Insoore è svolto nel pieno rispetto della normativa. Per ogni intervento e per ogni servizio che effettua, Insoore ha ricevuto incarico da parte della compagnia e ne è il mandatario ufficiale.
