Interval Timer Set
Nuova  Interval Timer Set helps you run repeated work and rest rounds without an account or cloud setup. Open the app, choose a preset, or enter your own Work seconds, Rest seconds, and number of Rounds. The main timer shows the current phase, a large countdown, and the round counter so you can see exactly what is happening at a glance.

Use it for focus blocks, study sessions, desk work, chores, rehearsal drills, or any non-medical routine that alternates active time and rest time. The included Classic, Sprint, and Focus presets let you start quickly, while the Custom set form lets you save your own timing on the device for the next session.
