ISAQ
Nuestra aplicación está diseñada en SAP MDK para que los agentes gestionen y documenten incidentes en el campo. La aplicación permite a los agentes capturar y descargar fotos, videos, mensajes de voz y otros formatos de archivos de las áreas afectadas, proporcionando evidencia crucial para los informes de reparación. Esto es especialmente importante en ubicaciones remotas donde los agentes pueden no tener conexión a internet.

La aplicación facilita el funcionamiento sin conexión, almacenando diversos tipos de evidencia (planos, fotos, videos, mensajes de voz, otros tipos de evidencia) localmente hasta que se restablezca la conexión a internet. Esto asegura que los agentes puedan continuar su trabajo sin interrupciones, incluso en áreas con baja cobertura de red. Una vez que la conexión se restaura, la aplicación puede sincronizar los datos con el sistema central para su posterior procesamiento y reporte.
