Predominantly made for Jewish community worldwide, Jerusalem Compass is a simple app that helps Jews to continue their sacred prayer religiously following the rituals. The direction of Jewish prayer (Tefillah/Tfila) - Temple Mount in Jerusalem gets detected on your android no matter wherever you are globally located.
How the app works:
Once downloaded and opened, you will get to see a virtual compass on your screen. The compass shows a red arrow, which denotes the north. There is a yellow arrow, which will be pointing toward the direction of Temple Mount in Jerusalem. According to Jewish religious instruction, every Jew should offer their prayer to God facing the site of the Temple in Jerusalem, therefore knowing the accurate direction of it adds accuracy and devotion to the course of prayer.
App’s Features:
No matter if you are out of your place or position wise located in a new place where finding north is equally confusing. The app will let you find the north side as well as the direction where Jerusalem is located.
★ The app include Rangefinder to Template Mount in Jerusalem on the Details tab
★ Sensor quality indicator
★ You will get to toggle each arrow by clicking on the legend
★ In case of inaccuracy caused by a known problem with your device's sensors, a message will appear.
