Description
Na početnoj stranici korisnik će vidjeti statističke podatke sustava, kao što su:
- broj tvrtki
- broj korisnika ukupno/aktivno
- broj uređaja ukupno/aktivno
- broj vrata ukupno/aktivno
- broj kontaktnih ulaza ukupno/nadzirano
Na stranici "Opće" administrator sustava može administrirati djelatnike/korisnike u sustavu:
- moguće je dodavanje ili izmjena postojećeg djelatnika/korisnika
- postavljanje općih podataka kao ime i prezime, ime na uređaju, lozinka, razina pristupa, email, datumski raspon aktivnosti korisnika, te da li je korisnik aktivan u sustavu ili nije
Na stranici ERV djelatnik će vidjeti:
- Statuse rada na trenutni dan, gdje se vide svi zatvoreni i trenutno aktivni statusi
- Zbroj svih statusa prema nekoliko ponuđenih tipova sortiranja ( za trenutni ili prošli tjedan, te za trenutni ili prošli mjesec )
- Sučelje je napravljeno na način da je moguće sa samo 2 klika pokrenuti novi status ili završiti neki od trenutno aktivnih statusa
Na stranici KP djelatnik će vidjeti:
- popis vrata u sustavu s mogućnošću otključavanja vrata (ukoliko djelatnik ima odobrenje za pojedina vrata), te pregled loga prolazaka kroz pojedina vrata
- pregled statusa kontaktnih ulaza, te pregled log-a prema pojedinom kontaktnom ulazu
- pregled generalnog log-a kontrole pristupa
Na stranici KP administrator sustava još može:
- kliknuti na pojedina vrata te promijeniti vrijeme držanja el. prihvatnika, te mijenjati dopuštenja djelatnika/korisnika za prolaz kroz pojedina vrata
