Ofrece un conjunto de herramientas al personal de la cuadrilla, para la realización de visitas técnicas de instalación y mantenimiento de productos y servicios en el domicilio del cliente.
Ofrece también al personal de supervisión, herramientas de seguimiento en tiempo real, de los trabajos realizados por cada cuadrilla.
La aplicación brinda las siguientes funcionalidades:
- Acceso a la agenda de visitas asignadas
- Visualización georreferencial del recorrido diario
- Acceso a la información técnica relacionada con la visita a realizar
- Validación de la posición georreferencial del técnico, previo al inicio de cada tarea
- Registro automático de la posición georreferencial del técnico
- Registro de las tareas realizadas
- Registro fotográfico de los trabajos realizados
- Registro de los materiales utilizados
- Registro de los equipos instalados y/o retirados
- Captura de firma electrónica del cliente
- Sincronización automática de datos
- Descarga de datos para permitir la operación en zonas sin cobertura de datos móviles
- Notificaciones push
- Gestión de inventario de equipos y materiales de cada cuadrilla
