This app generates time-based one-time passwords (TOTP) and supports OTP login via SMS for verified employees. It ensures that only authorized personnel can securely access sensitive systems and internal applications.
Note: MUMLPC 2FA is intended exclusively for use by authorized staff of the MLMUPC. It cannot be used by the general public.

Who Can Use MUMLPC 2FA?
This app is restricted to employees of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction. Each user must be registered through the Ministry’s internal system and verified by phone number before use.

MUMLPC 2FA collects only the minimum data required for authentication (such as phone number and device ID). We do not track users or share data with third parties. For full details, visit our Privacy Policy.
